Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy


Memberships can be returned for a full refund within 60 days of purchase if no rounds have been booked or played on the membership.  In the event that rounds have been played or 60 days have elapsed Reservation Masters is willing to discuss partial refund. The amount of the refund will be decided by Reservation Masters.

Rounds purchased under Golf course specials

Rounds of golf purchased under the SPECIALS section for a particular course are not refundable.  If you are not able to keep the tee off time selected you must call the golf course and see if alternative arrangements can be made. The round cannot be cancelled or refunded with Reservation Masters, once booked.

Membership Club Rules

Memberships are non-transferable. Pro shop staff will check IDs of members to be sure that the cards belong to the person using it. Cards being used by anyone other than the person they are issued to will be cancelled.

·         Your membership card must be signed on the back  

·         You may reserve one round per day. 

·          You may play as many rounds as you like through the term of your membership 

·         Cancellations are made through the My Bookings page. Press the Cancel button beside the round that you wish to cancel. No further action is required if you are cancelling more than 24 hours in advance of your tee time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are allowed only in cases of inclement weather.  There will be a 50% cancellation fee  for rounds cancelled within less than 24 hours for all reasons not related to inclement weather.

·         If your card is lost, we will deactivate it and replace it in timely fashion.

o    You will not be able to play as a member until you have your new card.

o    You are responsible for any rounds played on your card prior to notifying us of its loss.
